Flash Object In the best sellers list....

Hi I have a unique flash object in every one of my products which plays the file you will buy.. Now I also want it to be in the best sellers list..

So you would have:

PRODUCT_NAME

PRICE

FLASH OBJECT

FIND OUT MORE..


Possible?????

Sure. The Best Sellers list is just a list of product details, so whatever you normally use in your product layout could be added there.

Ok, Currently the flash object is in the discription of each product. Where do I go to do enable that, that is included in the best sellers so people can sample the music without having to go to the page.... D

Click the Design Tab, then click on a Best Seller Item in the Preview Window. Add in the ProductDescription variable where appropriate.

You may want to read up on using the Design tab first.

Cant get it to work, what is the productdescription variable? Also can I add it to the settings in design - library?

Have you added something like this:
!!<<object type="application/x-shockwave-flash"......
into the product description?

If so then it should appear also in the best sellers as well.

If not then perhaps you modified your product or/and best seller layouts, in which case post an example of one of your your product descriptions that contains the falsh object.

so you need to edit the layout for the bestsellers to put the variable for product description back in.
