    Unable to transfer to Protx

    Hello,

    Currently developing a friend's web site (www.pushing-up-daisies.co.uk) and have reached a snag.

    All worked well when we had the option of capturing credit card details for processing later. I could place test orders successfully.

    The intention is to go with Protx so i made the necessary changes to the template and settings files etc as per the documentation, only now this happens:

    In the order process, after entering all my address details, instead of seeing the page that tells you you will be transferred to Protx, I am immediately taken to the receipt page. No chance anywhere at all of entering any card details.

    I've reviewed the forum and checked with the ISP who can offer no help as they claim nothing has changed on their side. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

      Doesn't look to me as if you have added protx to payment methods in Busioness Settings, payment method.

      If its not that then check out your bounces , see this post from yesterday

          nah its works but its slow. The first item i added gave me an invalid combo message, the next thing i added i left zero in the quantity.

          Monday morning.....

          [MORE] its not me, can't add Animal print box "No products have been added to the shopping cart. Please enter the quantity of each product being ordered before pressing the 'Add to cart' button." there's no quantity box

            Oh yes, forgot to mention, still sorting the products out....

            Sorry - only the green wicker basket works for ordering purposes.

            Does nobody else get transfered straight to the receipt page then?

                I went straight from the address page to the how found page and then straight to the receipt! No card details entered at all!

                I also had the same error as Jo and then tried the dog basket, the first product has 2 radioed options set as default.. I got charged for express and regular carriage on the same product.

                  Hello,

                  I can see from copied of the order receipt that forumites are testing - many thanks, much appreciated.

                  Still no clearer as to why. Do you think it best for me to clear down the directories etc and start again?

                    As per a suggested thread above, have checked the layouts re script and onload. All pages seem to be correct and have the following:

                    <script language="JavaScript" type="text/javascript">
                    <!--
                    function onLoad()
                    {
                    document.formOCC.submit();
                    }
                    // -->
                    </script>
                    </actinic:block>
                    </head>

                    <body onload="<actinic:variable name="OnLoadScript" value="PreloadImages" />">

                            Thanks Bruce, that had crossed my mind!

                            In the middle of the nuclear option at the mo', namely reinventing the wheel and reinstalling Actinic etc etc.

                            Thanks to everyone for taking the time to help!

                              Quick update.

                              Uninstalled Actinic from my PC, cleaned up registry, removed folders etc etc.

                              FTPed to our site and deleted all files.

                              Reinstalled v8 and re-constructed a basic version of the site.

                              Voila! I'm now at the position to be able to receive orders with captured card info. Next step is the change to Protx....
