Order Receipt Not Being Received...??

Has anyone seen this before? I have run a live test order through the system paying for it through Paypal, got the receipt from Paypal saying payment is sent etc but no Actinic catalog order receipt email sent to the recipients email address confirming what is on the order - plus when I return to the index.html page of Catalog after paying in Paypal, it still shows the product I have just bought in my shopping cart

I think it is within Actinic's Paypal codings as when adding Invoice with Order as a payment method, it runs perfectly with an order receipt email sent to me as well as test recipient....

I have already spoken to Cover and they weren't very helpful....I just wondered if anyone else had seen this?

I hope that is clear, anyone who is able to give me any help, it would be much appreciated.

This might be the problem. To get the email you need to return to the order04 (receipt page) for the email to be sent.

That makes sense Mike, and I seem to remember that there is somewhere where you can tell Paypal what page to return to? Do you know where this is and how to put this in - is there a specific .html page to redirect it back to?

Bruce says to "Please amend the script ID to match what is in the Network Settings area."

I have been given a script ID by Paypal for Payment Data Transfer - where do I put this code?
