    Dedicated SSL

With help from the forum posts I finally managed to configure the network settings. Now I have run into problems configuring the SSL. I have a dedicated SSL from 1&1 (Professional Linux), but I get the error message that my certificate is invalid.
Can anyone help with instructions on how to configure the SSL

    Many thanks

        Chris,

Firstly, obfuscate your ftp password in your post here in case any unscrupulous person gets their hands on it.

Secondly, the SSL installed on your domain is for
        wildsidebooks.co.uk
however you are trying to invoke the SSL for
        www.wildsidebooks.co.uk

The inclusion of www. when the certificate is registered to non-www can cause browser security warnings.

I would either get the SSL set for www. or change the

        SSLCATALOGURL https://www.wildsidebooks.co.uk/acatalog/
        SSLCGIBINURL https://www.wildsidebooks.co.uk/cgi-bin/

        to

        SSLCATALOGURL https://wildsidebooks.co.uk/acatalog/
        SSLCGIBINURL https://wildsidebooks.co.uk/cgi-bin/

and see if that resolves your problem.
