New Product List (again, sorry)

Hi,

I have had a look through the old postings about "New Products", but can't find this one.

My page is displaying 5 new products, but has space for 6. I went to change it by going to, "Marketing", "New Product Listing", and then changing "Number of products in list" from 5 to 6.

Heres the problem, it is enabled, but it will not let me select the box to change either the "Number of products in list" or "Number of days product considered new" boxes. I can select anything else in there OK though.

Any clues why, and where else I should be looking.

maybe a daft suggestion, but have you tried unchecking the "enabled" box and re-checking it again? Just a thought

Have you tried to add the 6th item via the DD box?

Try compacting your database and see if this helps...first port of call in any storm

re-reading your post...you say the site has "space for 6"..do you mean it is showing a 6th empty cell? or you just want to change it from 5 to 6?

Tried Compacting... No Difference.

I am not 100% sure what you mean by adding via the DD. If you mean where I want to change the 5 to a 6, there is no drop down box, just a text box, with the number 5 in.

I have just discovered that if you click on any of the 3 numeric choice buttons, nothing happens, but if you select a radio button, and tab around the screen, you can select the box, so have managed to change it now.
