    no bounce page

by the nature of my new site and the fact that there is only 1 product that can be purchaced i would not want to have to add a checkout button, but simply not have the bounce page and take the customer directly to the checkout on clicking the add to cart button.. possable..?

Solution already in the AUG and the forum. CD recently detailed the article in the AUG. Kind of an express checkout solution.

I don't know much about it Gary to be honest, i just recall reading it and making a mental note for the future. You should be able to hide the quantity box and force one to be used with no input though. In fact, i'm sure that is also documented in the AUG or it has at least been discussed as i recall it somehow.

          Lee is right.

Find the code for the quantity box and replace <input type="text" with <input type="hidden"

Or wrap it in a class and set the stylesheet to display:hidden ... if you change your mind again it is a single change to 1 file and not all your product pages. Depending on how the code is set up in the first place you may have enough elements in the HTML to simply remove it via the actinic.css without adding to the product layout (even quicker site upload)
