New Computer Doesn't Work Wih Protx?

Hi, Had Protx working on our site for 12 months or so now, running Vista and 8.5.1 No Problems.

Just bought a new Kick Ass PC and intalled actinic fine, imported the snapshot of the site and all was well.

Then when I tried to do an upload I got a Protx error message and it will not connect.

I get the same error when I go into Business settings/ payment and security and click on the configure payment button.

Unfortunatly I've had to connect back to the snail PC for now. Can anybody help???

Please do a forum search using keyword "protx"

lots of people have problems initially setting up, I am sure your problem already has a solution already posted.

If you don't find the answer post back detailing what you have found and tried

well I have searched as you say already but they all have the TXerror message problems etc. I have had this set up for months, I only get the problem on the new computer. I switched back to my old one and it works fine. There's nothing on the forums about that.

If you import onto a new PC im sure you will need to set up the secret keys again.

Perhaps telling us what the error message says would help?

yeah I Should have writen it down but I'm back on the old PC now. I'll get back on the new one, try the secret keys and write down the code.

I've put snapshots on other computers, done uploads and never had this problem before though, that's what's stumping me.
