It exports products from Actinic into a format that can be imported into ebay, we have tools to print invoices onto our integrated label paper from orders downloaded from ebay as well.

I didn't post here before because I spoke to Bruce who said to wait until this post moved into AOB, sorry Bruce.

Jan - have you got your ebay export working for Seller Manager Pro yet?

Last time I tried it I got error 100, which according to eBay is a problem with the location - country field. Yet, the field is populated with a value compatible with those specified in the help files.

There is a bug with Selling Manager Pro whereby you get error 100 for valid data, if you do a web search you will find lots of annoyed ebayers complaining about it.

We have been talking to a developer at eBay about this issue but haven't received a solution, we've been looking at this since December now and so have decided to withdraw the selling manager pro option from the feed.

                  We support Turbo lister now.

                  Regards,

I've been in contact with someone I know who works at ebay, and he referred it to the developers

eBay "Help" emailed me back with every answer under the sun other than the one for the question I asked and eventually told me to use '3' instead of 'UK' in the Locations - Country column. Funnily, that was the first thing I tried.

Since I purchased the SMP feed and it has never worked since I got it, can I swap it for a different one? I don't use TurboLister (cos it's crap). I miss the good ol' days of eBay with Mr Lister. That was a fab piece of software which was really easy to use and reliable.

I'll email you about this, shouldn't be a problem though.
