External File "Generate Pop-Up"

Hi all,

I am using the Excel external linking option to add my product details. All is working well apart from one problem.

I wish to generate a pop-up page for some products; I am including the value “1” in the relevant field.

However after the link has taken place the generate pop-up box is not checked! I have checked and the fields are pre-selected as number fields in Excel. This method is working in other areas e.g. I am also using this value for displaying by button and the box is checked, however not highlighted as a result of the generate pop-up not being checked.

I hope this makes sense and look forward to any suggestions

Hey, I should have posted back but it seems to have passed by. I can get the 'Generate popup' select box to be checked when importing from a hierarchical file.
