Store top option in the products section.

    Afternoon people.

    OK, for todays test.

Can anyone tell me, how to add an extra button to the top of the "products section", which takes you to the "store top". Just like the "store top" button under the header does.

Better still, also how to remove it from the header as well.

I am using the Contemporary style, if this makes a difference.

Bear in mind, I am a Luddite, so need this in simple step by step instructions.

    As usual, thanks in advance.

So, is no one up for the challenge then?

    Cheers

It's a really easy task, i do it on most stores i build, i suspect the fact that you are asking for step by step instructions, means noone can be arsed.

Have a look at the source code on here and with a little patience and perseverance, you can easily find out how it is done - http://www.body-kit.co.uk/

Like so on the above example:

      <a href="http://www.body-kit.co.uk/acatalog/index.html">Shop Top</a>

You can add Lee's code to the start of the section list ... click on the layout in Preview tab and then onto the orange "edit list" link... place the code at the top in the start of list field.

          Thanks Guys,

That sort of worked, I now have the heading "Product Section", then under that, a hyperlink peice of text, saying "Shop Top", and then under that, the buttons. It's OK, but not quite

What I would really like, is the "Shop Top", to actually be one of those buttons.

          Thanks for your help.

You need to use the same styling (class) applied to that link as for the others
