download orders problem

i have built a new website for a client and given her the snapshot it loads fine but now when she tried to download orders it said

"The server name or address coule not be resolved"

i asked her if she could browse the internet and she could. I have the exact same settings and she hasn't changed hers.

Anyone had this problem before?

I am using protx is there something i need to do to fix this?

Have you reported this to support as yet? What happens when your client runs a network test?

sorry thanks for the response but it is sorted now, its just the client had a firewall setup.
