How can i get the credit card details on the packing report

My packing reports are printing without the credit card numbers showing, and i need these to enter into our EPOS system

Credit Card details will NEVER be printed on packing lists, as these should be affixed to the outside of the parcel in a docs-enclosed envelope, which poses a bit of a security risk dontcha think??

If you need CC details, rightclick each order and select "Reprint Data-Entry Report" (for entering data into PDQ machines) - THEN you'll get a sheet with card-details on... but ensure you have a good shredder to dispose of them afterwards.

- Data Entry for your inhouse use for processing.
- Packing List for exterior of box with address showing in a docs enclosed envelope.
- Invoice INSIDE the package or posted separately.

But in our old version 7 set-up our packing lists did contain the CC numbers as our store people processed the card details then made up the order, and then shreded the list

also when i right click an order in version 8 id dont have this option of re-print data entry report

Settings > Business Settings > Order Processing > Tick "Enable Data Entry Reports"... it'll show up then.

My boss is demanding i get the packing lists the way they where before with the CC details on it, but i cannot see a way to do this

There is no way to do it as far as I'm aware. As I've stated is the only way it's been done since v3 that I know of...

Why not find one of you old "Packing List" forms with the credit card details on it and look at it. See if it is titled "Data Entry" or "Packing List". If it is in fact, Data Entry, then re-read this thread on how to enable that.

Marci is right, credit card details have never been on the standard Actinic packing list. It's possible that you had a custom packing list or that your data entry report was renamed as orders.rpt, which would then cause a data entry report to be printed whenever you asked for a packing list.
