If every product has two permutations...

Hi!

I am designing a store for several hundred products; the majority of which have two permutations. Is there a way to create a layout for this rather than creating two permutations for every single product (which would be a hassle)?

You can copy and paste components/attributes from one product to another, and then edit as necessary.

In that case, is it possible to have two permutations, each with a quantity box but with one add to cart? i.e.

Product Name...................... Add to Cart
Type 1 . Price: £4.90 . Qty: [ ]
Type 2 . Price: £9.40 . Qty: [ ]

If you think of it this way

Type 1 - main product
Type 2 - optional add-on component

you can.
Main product would have the price of £4.90
The optional extra can have either a price of £4.50 and a setting of sum of product and component prices or a price of £9.40 and a setting of comonent price [don't have Actinic open at the moment, so the wording may not be exactly like that, but should be near enough to get you there].
