    Problem to cancel an order

    If I click on Cancel 'Annuler" in checkout page 0, it cancels the order and I come back to catalog. The same for checkout page1.
    But in Checout Page 2, it send me to receipt page and valid the order !!!
    I get the same result if I click on Previous 'Précédent".
    Don't understand why ?

    Didier,

    That could be down to some corruption of the form. Go to 'Design | Library | Layouts | Web Page Inner Layout'. Right click on 'Order 02 Bulk Area' and select 'Revert to Factory Settings'.

    Update your site and then check the links.

      A lot of customisation on this page, so return to factory settings will be a problem !
      It is strange, as I only have the problem when client ask for a delivery address and an invoice address differents. If it is the same address, I do not have the problem !
