Locations Problem

I have inputed all of the English counties into the locations dialogue, and created an abbreviation for them, similar to the US/Canada set up.

I have uploaded the site with new locations, but when you select United Kingdom and look for the counties in the select stat/province dropdown, they do not come up.

I use weight based zone/class shipping rules.

Anyone any ideas ?

Go to the 'Shipping and Handling' tab and then onto the 'Zone Class Tables', right click on 'UK' and select 'Properties', here remove the existing entry that says '....United Kingdom' and then reselect from the countries list and move to the members area.

You will have to do the same thing on the 'Tax' tab, go to the 'UK Tax Zone' and click on 'Edit Zone' and repeat the instrutions above. Note, this will not be needed if you use Simple Tax.
