Added a fragment to a section containing only fragments .. basic layout text and title.. entered the details and upon previewing it displayed the fragment twice.

Deleted the new fragment and created another with essentially the same details. Previewing showed the new fragment but with the diary product beneath it. Looking back at the fragment was an indented item with a product name of __$$ActinicDummyItem$$__



Is this some unknown Easter Egg .. the ability to attach products as a component to a fragment?

thats an interesting idea. easter eggs in actinic.

i wonder if some silly coder in actinic towers hasent gone and added some clever silly message in actinic, that people dont know about.

its probably an odd bug.

i found the text you saw in the executable, but i have no idea how it could end up in your catalog tree.

Jont i have had similar, not excatly the same and a restart of actinic and seemed to put it right. It was almost as if the database needed resetting

O a thought crossed my mind, should i ask.............no lets leave it alone

Are there any other reproducable steps, I have tried this over and over with different sites and have not been able to replicate it.

alas no - thats all I did - unfortunately I did not take a screen grab before I deleted the fragment. Probably one of those 1 in a billion bugs that will never occur again.. which is a shame as adding a product to a fragment could be handy
