Click onto the Contact Us layout and navigate to the parent .. here you will see a listing of all the horizontal layouts in place (home, checkout etc) ... simply cut and paste the layout to the required place in the list.

This opens the bookmark in the sidebar on firefox, is anyone aware of a script that REALLY works for all browsers, surely?
