I think you just have to think about the effect it may have on people and go with your gut instinct.

add:
text-align: justify;
to the style controlling the paragraph.
Pity we don't have a CSS forum for stuff like this, you think the mods would have given us one of the child forums for html and css modifications.....

Stubie - be careful about justifying text on a screen - it is not as easy to read as when in printed form and can break some browsers.
