Snapshot Errors...Please Help :(

Hello,

A few times when I have exported and imported a snapshot there has been missing products and sections. Would you believe my Actinic program files are corrupt on my end or would it be a problem with the Actinic program itself? Any comments or advice would be greatly appreciated as it is very frustrating. Thank you

The best solution to most of this type of problem is to "compact the database" under the Housekeeping menu

You should also look at any errors that are shown up after takeing a snapshot and solving the error

Alright I will do that. It claims that the snapshot has been imported/exported successfully but I will compact the database and hopefully that will clear up this situation.
