Fragments not showing on brochure pages

I did ask this a while ago but still having no joy

If i create a brochure page on my site and add a fragment the fragment doesnt show up no matter whan i do / what layout i choose etc

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing it as obviously i would like to be able to have a brochure page as the website homepage so i can show new products / special offers etc

If the page definitely has fragments beneath it try checking the layout in place which lists the fragments .. click on the fragment and navigate up 1 or 2 levels to the layout with the orange layout list link at the top .. check for any block ifs around the layout selector and then also in the layout list itself for anything that could be causing it not to be displayed.

I'm having the same problem, and i can't see anything that is causing it. I can't see any reference to the fragment in the code (although not entirely sure what i'm looking for to be honest).

The layout is there, and the only 'block if's seem to refer to cookies and customer log-ins....

Go to 'Design | Library | Webpage Inner Layout | Standard Brochure Page Bulk', right click on it and select 'Revert To Factory Setting'.

Fragments Not Showing

I have also been having the same problem but the above solution did not work for me. I type it in but none appears on the brochure page. However if I put a fragment in the catalogue part it will show up fine. Don't understand.

On the layout tab of both fragments Nicole, is it the same layout chosen?

Yes I have chosen the same layout in both. I have tried most layouts to see if they will work but still not showing.

yes, i too am having this same problems!

my frags are not showing anywhere (sections,sub-sections etc.)apart from in the 'more pages' at the top of the content tree.

i trawled for answers and ended here but have sent a ticket to actinic support.
