Pg 46 of Advanced Users Guide - incorrect?

Hi,

Is it me, or does the code in the section "Laying Out Your Permutations as Radio Buttons" (Pg 46 of the Advanced Users Guide) fail when you have more than 1 attribute on your component? Having uploaded my store, I'm getting various errors such as "Error: Illegal component/attribute combination" when I try to add to cart. I'm wondering whether this is due to the code being incorrect or my tweakings elsewhere.

I'm also using the method described in "Organising Products in Actinic", within the Actinic Link for Sage Help.
