If this is your site: http://www.truetape.com then it looks like the log file is created: http://www.truetape.com/acatalog/YOU...T_fiLENAME.log. It can't be viewed from the web though - you will need to FTP to your webspace and download the file yourself from within the acatalog folder using some FTP client software. You can't view this file from the internet nor can it be downloaded by Actinic.

More to pursue . . .
Hello,
At last message, was to pursue:
you will need to FTP to your webspace and download the file yourself from within the acatalog folder using some FTP client software.
Downloaded Deskshare ftp agent and successfully connected by configuring proper protocols for logging in - once in, could only find an "acatalog" file under httpdocs file. Inside that, found two folders, 1. COM, which opened to "actinic" and "catalog" and 2. dd.
I could not actually point the ftp agent to a specific "acatalog" file under my domain: truetape.com. It seems that I have to go through "httpdocs" - but was also then unable to locate the file "customer_account.log" Am I crazy or just inept?

Works Like a Charm!
Thanks to all! I successfully ftp'd to the site and downloaded the correct .log file - was able to exclude all others so it will be fast and easy - opened the log and saw who was on the site, including some "test" runs that I made also! Thanks to all for the help!!!! This forum is a tremendous help!!
All the Best and Cheers to my UK Friends!

In IE6 & IE8 I can access the file online, though it is continuous; in Firefox it displays line by line. I have no need to use ftp, or download it, as I can read it just fine.
To reiterate my comment on the other thread, now that this has been discussed in the public domain it maybe wise to change the filename 'customer_account.log' to something unique, as any reader can now access it.
