2 x Actinic V8 Folders??

After upgrading from V7 I have 2 x V8 Folders in different destinations.

One is located in the my documents folder and contains Actinic V8 / Sites / Site 1 - but does not include the SiteBackups folder.

The other is on my C Drive / Program Files / Actinic V8 - and contains quite a few folders including SiteBackups, Upgrade, etc...

Should I have both these folders or can I delete one of them?
