Link in Section description

Beginers question.
How would you go about placing a LINK in a Sections description.
There is no Link Tab in Section Details.

You would embed the relevant html, if you search the forum on 'embed html', a glutton of info should appear, it is also touched on towards the end of the fragments tutorial on my site.
