quick question about design export / import

Hi, I have a quick question regarding the design export / import facility in v8.

Im currently redesigning a clients site which is live and in use at the moment, they are adding / taking away products all the time, thus the actinic snapshot they sent me a week ago will be slightly out of date now. If I send them a design export, am I correct in saying that there products / data will not be touched? (sorry if this is a daft question)

Check the forum for partial design snapshots - the theory is sound but do not expect 100% transfer success - but yes - the design sits over the top of the product / order data.
