Text "Including VAT"

Can anyone tell me where I turn off the "Including VAT at 17.5%" message which comes alongside the product price. I have done this in V7 but can't find (having searched the forums!) where to do it in V8

Glad it is not just me that finds finding text messages a royal pain to track and find.. I tend to go the brute force route and <!-- comment out --> what I don't need or duplicate the layout as a backup in the library and delete out the inc vat message

That's just what I do too. And a few moments ago I also searched high and low for isTaxMessageShown but couldn't find it.

This happens a lot and it would very useful to have a source list for these seemingly obscure variables.

It does disappear automatically if you select 'simple' tax and uncheck the 'include' button also, which is another way if you're not vat registered as this keeps the price label for you also.

Or you can add the price label into the compact layout as a 3rd option.

It would be much better i think on the tax tab, to checkbox whether you want the message included or not, i don't really see it as a layout personally, it belongs with the tax tab.
