Shopping Cart Abandonment

Greetings Everyone

We have decided to turn to the community to see what the opinion is if possible. We are busy trying to sort out the checkout process on the web site and have noticed since we have got the Google Analytics working that we have a serious amount of abandonment at our address page. I have attached a output pdf from Analytics for anyone interested.

What the question is really, is anyone else getting abandonment at this point in their carts? The cart seems relatively simple and straight forward, it would be nice to have the invoice and delivery address on the same page. I have put my vote on the wish list for that. If anyone has a second could you just have a look at our checkout system and see if we have any major flaws that we seem to be missing. Any ideas or opinions are welcome and if anyone has found a workaround to reduce the number of pages or have the address on the same page please shout as a few of us really would like that option.
