Unable to complete an order

Hi all

Ive had a look through V8 forums but cant find anything similar.

We now have two orders that refuse to complete.
In the 'Progress and Payments' tab both orders are showing incorrect percentages within the 'Line Item Delivery' figures.

One order shows 81% of the 21 lines are pending even though all the lines are marked as shipped.

Has anyone any idea how to clear this problem

have you tried highlighting ALL the lines, clicking UNSHIP and then SHIP again?

Are there any cancelled lines in the order?

We have two orders that refuse to complete. One has cancelled lines the other doesn't.

I've tried un-ship and un-cancel on all the lines but still have the same problem

The order should complete if:

1. All the items have shipped.
2. There are no backordered items.
3. Payment is marked as 'full payment received'.
4. The invoice is marked as printed.

I would check these four things.

If they appear to be stuck, right click and re-export to files, that should send it straight to exported.

A QQ about exported orders actually now you've reminded me (I've seen this solution given before)

Can you still edit an order when it's been exported? i.e...returns/refunds etc?

You can, but i dont think it adds stock back on if you cancel, sure i had problem with it at some time
