I would just like to say thanks and share the excellent service I have so far recieved from everyone at pinbrook.

We needed to have SSL on our site and upgraded to Webfusion VPS thinking all would be well and as we were upgrading, our website performance would increase. The website performance was absolutely abysmal, customers were getting bored waiting for the pages to load and went to see our competion.

After several calls to webfusion support, we got nowhere. They had no idea what the problem was and I dont believe it would have ever got sorted.

I called Jo, who has gone above the call of duty, getting our account set up within an hour on Friday afternoon. All required set up information is part of the sign up process. Emails were received allowing me to import network settings, I almost did not need to be there.

I personally feel much better knowing that my new hosts know everything there is to know about actinic and my hosting saga has finally come to a close.

Excellent post, it's always nice when someone takes the time out to thank someone who has really helped. Gives me a little warm glow all over, or is that the vodka???

Pinbrook did the same for Mole End, 2 (or is it three years ago now), my websites had been down for a week and Jo contacted me offering help and had the sites up and running again within a day. I'm very happy with my hosting.
