integration with PROTX

Hello there,

I feel I am caught in the middle here.
I am testing my client's website which integrates with PROTX. When PROTX sends a confirmation email to the purchaser there is the ability for all the individual producrs to be itemised. But this does not happen currently because we have not set 'it' up. When I question PROTX on how to do this they reply with:
"This information needs to be passed to us when you process the transaction in a field called ShoppingBasket"
. . which does not really help.

Can anyone tell me how I send the information in the field 'ShoppingBasket' please?

I asked about this.
Currently, Actinic does NOT pass shopping basket details to Protx.
It's only new changes at Protx that appear to be allowing this function

Maybe someone from Actinic could comment on whether this is being looked into by development, please?
