problems importing catalogue from one site to another

hi could anyone help me with this issue

i have 2 sites one in UK with sterling, and one in Ireland which is euro

they have the exact same products, so when i update one site i would like to be able to export the catalogue and import to the other site

i keep getting errors when i do this

You would probably be better looking at Mole ends stock link, also cazn be used for descriptions new products e.t.c
