resetting page templates.

i know that i can open the library to reset values, but how can i reset one of the pages from the dropdown in the deisgn tab?

i want to reset:
'Shopping Cart'
'Checkout Page 0'
'Checkout Page 1'
'Checkout Page 2'
'Checkout Page 3'

to their theme defaults, since i royaly screwed them up. and there isnt a simple reset method in any of the menu's i'v poked around in.

is there such a thing?
