severe lag in order download

just wondering if anyone had encountered this issue

some one makes and order, the e-mail gets sent, yet when i try and download the order its not there, but i will be avaialble to download on to actinic maybe an hopur or 2 later

is this an know actinic issue or should i check my ftp/hosting site

Sounds like hosting to me, once actinic lets you know there is an order, i have never not been able to get it immediately.

yes the site passes the network test no problem

Hi,

Have you managed to sort this issue? I would suggest taking this up with support if your host has no ideas what is happening. As Lee mentions, you should be able to download that order on receiving the email.
