Google Analytics - Receipt page

OK I've dropped the code into my receipt page and added my account numbers.

I see now about the brackets etc and adding actinics variables - thanks for the visual stimuli!

Hope we get some sensible figures now.

Just uploaded and it appears that the code has propigated through the site again! I even phoned support to make sure I was on the right layout, he swore blind that the layout was correct, we'll see what happens but I think I've cocked it up again. Sorry Malcolm

You need to go to site options | Page settings | Other | Reciept and check you are using the reciept layout - it sounds like you still have it set as you main template.

Email me a snapshot - it would be easier for me to do it

Within 'other' it says 'order details inner layout' and I only have 2 choices.

1) Order details bulk layout
2) Act_OrderDetail (Upgraded)

(I only have 'other' in that tab, if that means anything)

Damn, I was following this thread because I have the same problem and you guys went all secret messages on me

I don't have the receipt page option showing in Site Options -> Page Settings -> Other either, in fact I have the same two choices as papermilldirect mentioned.

Can anyone post on here how to get the receipt page available?

no secret messages. Just it's sometimes easier to se want is wrong with a site by getting a snapshot. I doubt you have the same problem as the problem had been caused by a design company cocking up the layouts.

You will need to post the URL of your site to get any help
