Change the choice of outer layout for the "SSL Bounce Page"?

Hi - does anyone know if it is possible to change the choice of outer layout for the "SSL Bounce Page". I've trudged through the library and settings and I can't seem to to find this anywhere.

At the moment it is using the Overall Default Layout.

I can only recall the normal bounce page being an option to change, not the SSL page. What needs changing, can it be done on the inner layout?

hi - several things need changing - I want it to be the same as my checkout page which has minimal stuff on it - e.g. no best sellers, removed some of the menu options etc.

What I've decided to do is to make my checkout page my default page and then to use the page with all the additional menu options on as the parent page of the shop - this seems to have done what I want.
