Multi User Installation question.

I am moving from the 30 day trial of version 8.51 to a purchased Multi User version.
Our network is a standard client server network.
Our intention, or hope, is to have the downloaded orders come to a shared folder on the server, so the orders can be viewed by order entry personel, and the SITE1 database on the local PC that is maintining the site.
After have read the Multi version installation guide, I am not clear if this is possible.
Is there a thread that addresses this?
The trial version is installed on a local PC.

Don't the orders need to go in the database?

Good news is, with Multi-User (not Multi-Site) and a Network installed database, more than one person can view/process orders at the same time. It's adding content that is restricted to the ONE Administrator.
