Protx/Actinic 'Payment' display problem

We are using Actinic V8.5.1
Protx is setup using their test server for Authenticate and Authourise.
All entries on Protx pages seem to display and work as expected i.e Authourise, Refunds and Voids all seem OK.
However when we download from our server all test orders are shown as 'Full Payment Received' not 'Pending'. Very confusing with a page full of part paid/part processed and back orders etc.
Any help would be appreciated.

Mike i could be off park here, but as far as i am aware, this is what happens, you got authoristaion so actinic treats it a payment made, no auth, payment pending, i dont use pre-auth, i just take the money form day 1, if it aint in stock you cant buy it. Im sure someone will be along shortly and advise otherwise

However we need the flexibility of 'Authenticate/Authourise' due to the nature of our business.
When first tested the 'Pending' entry was correct
This suddenly changed about two weeks ago without us changing anything at our end. We are holding off going 'live' with 'Protx' until this is sorted out.

Makes you wonder then, that the new changes are showing the payment as being done, this would seem to be a PROTX problem, although i doubt they see it that way

Protx Payment Problem

We have checked with 'Protx' they insist it is a 'Actinic' problem.
Actinic say they are working on 'it', but 'it' appears to be problems other than the error we reported.
Maybe all will sort out eventually. We are going to sit back and wait. Unless any one else can help!

Have a read through the PSP forum we have for these issues, there may be some info in there. PROTX issues and large discussions have been plenty of late, certainly worth a trawl. Perhaps even the mods could put this into there, in case people restrain their searches to the specific forums.

PROTX is not doing itself much favours at the moment, although it may be taking some of the flack due for actinic.

We have trawled all relevant forums, but so far any changes we have tried have had no effect.
