Hi,

Having a bit of a nightmare at the moment, we would like to be able to run a report off of all the products in the catalog that constitutes as a pricelist, we have some products where they have individual pricing and some which have permutation based pricing. Does anyone have a rough idea on how we can achieve this?

Hi Richard

Have you taken a look at the Catalog Summary/Detail report that is available from under the Menu Operations | Report Selection | Catalog. These reports will contain information about the prodcuts like prices etc. Hope they help.

Thanks for your reply, have looked at these reports, the detail one gets closer to what we need however need to cut out things like descriptions etc, just trying to find a way of arriving at a pricelist for the girls in the office, all i need is the product name and price listed with permutations listed below, guess i might have to invest in a copy of crystal reports 8.5

.. or write the report in access if you have that already. It's quite a tricky report to write actually for logical reasons rather than technical ones, for example if a product's price is different for each size say, there are many ways to show that. You will also have to calculate the VAT and add it to the products if you want to show VAT inclusive pricing.

Bill Campbell has a catalog report, I wonder if this might be what you need
