database layout

Hi,

I'm just trying to use the ActinicCatalog.mdb so that I can dive straight in to get my orders and shoot them through to my accounting package.
I've got the database open so I know I can access it, but I was wondering if anyone knew of a schema/layout that would help me see how each table relates to the others? Otherwise I'll be spending ages working out all my relationships.
