Please Help!

Firefox runs the site fine but when attempting to open it in IE7 even with all firewalls, zonealarm, and cookies accepted it brings up this page and error message of:

"This shopping application requires permission to use cookies on your machine, but this has been denied"

I am new to Actinic and have no idea how to solve this error... Like I say, it works fine in firefox...

Don't think the problem is with Actinic...

Open your Internet Options for IE7, got to the Privacy tab and ensure that your browser is able to accept cookies.

Update:

Accepting all cookies & activex scripts. No firewalls or ZoneAlarm on...

It's not working with Safari either, so I was thinking it may be a problem with the detect script. I will try with IE6 when I get home from work later.

But still any advice would be appreciated...

Go to Web -> Configure Expiry Periods...

Try setting it to delete shopping carts after 24 hours. I think the other two should be 90 days by default.
