Anybody got any idea who at Actinic Webgains need to be talking to?

My account manager at Webgains Affiliate Network has asked me to find out who webgains need to talk to at Actinic in order to supply integration templates directly out of the box in the same way that PSPs do.

Any idea who they need to contact and what the contact details are?

was hoping more for an email address - my experience of phoning companies is that the person on the phone guesses and the information is seldom correct (no matter how well intentioned) You get that: "erm... I guess that would be..." response

Where as if I send an email to someone vaguely in the right area then the they will have time to check out their answer cos they haven't been put on the spot.
