Quick Search text colour? Help

Hi all,

I have changed my quick search appearance from The larger button one to the standard layout. I am struggling to locate where the text colour is set for the text in the box. I thought maybe theme but cannot find it there, any ideas? I want to change it independently of the theme, so maybe its in the stylesheet somewhere?

Is there a class applied to the box when you click on it in design view? If not it's using your standard colours most likely, so apply a colour/class yourself. If there is, then look up the class.
