My Client is still having problems with her actinic i upgraded her actinic and disabled something in microsoft handwriting and speech recognition that was causing conflicts and it was working.
Now i sent her a snapshot to load and she is getting the same old problem it says actinic catalog has crashed , it just shows the egg timer mouse and crashes then afterwards says The instruction at Ox5ad71531 refenced memory at OX00000014. The memory could not be read.
Im not sure if this is some other kind of conflict or another problem with the software i don't know.
