BusV8 Discounts/Greyed Out Boxes/Option not Showing

I am trying to set up a free gift over £40 discount but cannot select certain settings as the boxes are greyed out and options are not selectable.

According to the help file Under the REWARD TYPE field I should be able to select:
'% off extra product' - but this is not an option.
All I can select is:
'£ off'
'% off'
'% off cheapest'
I presume this is the reason that the 'Product' and 'Only One Reward Per Order' boxes are greyed out.

I am using business V8.5.1HFUA so I know these options should be available/selectable.
Any Ideas??

Good Morning. If you have not been able to sort this one as yet, I would suggest first off compacting your Database and then checking to see if the other options appear. Do you have specific product group set up? If you want to offer '% off Extra Product' then that product cannot be part of the existing product group on which you are offering the discount, that would be why you cannot see the options.
