Remove T&C's from checkout

Evening all! Great weather eh?

I have searched the forum and cannot see how to remove the terms and conditions from the checkout 2 page.

I use the actinic info page, and do not mind the link to the T&C's on the checkout 1 page, but would like them removed off the second page.

Yeah the weather is terrible, sure my wife is adding pages to the calender and its really October like...

Well, figured it out, I was looking at the wrong checkout page, I just deleted the references to the T&C sections in the checkout code.
