    AOL email problems

    Website generated emails to customers with aol email addresses are returned 'failed delivery'. I have searched the community site but can see no reference to failed aol emails. Is this an issue?
    Does anyone have any ideas please?

    Ian - who is your ISP? Do you have a static IP address?

    There is a register which AOL uses where you can get yourself removed from a black list if, for example, someone has spammed your email address and has whacked out Viagra spam to AOL customers.

      you need to know the reason for the failed delivery.

      you may indeed be blacklisted by AOL

          Hi, I had problems with AOL emails being bounced. It was to do with my port settings. This thread is what solved it for me. http://community.actinic.com/showthread.php?t=24341
