    Time 1 Hour Behind

This seems like a bit of a longshot, however.

The time on our hosting is the correct time, the time on the pc with the software is at the correct time - yet when we download an order...it is 1 hour behind.

Even if I myself put through a test order and pull the order down right away - its 1 hour behind.

Is there any setting in actinic for time?

I've never known of a time setting in actinic, that sounds like a server issue to me.

Try clicking on "Help | Troubleshooting" in Actinic and selecting "Get Server Time". This will return the server time - it should be correct, however, if it is not then you will need to check with your hosts.

What you may be experiencing could be down to the server running at GMT +1 i.e. when a request to the server is sent for the time it returns BST, however files created on the server you are hosted on are time stamped with GMT, hence the 1 hour difference Actinic finds.
You can check if this is the case by checking the timestamp on files on the server via FTP.

Hopefully this should point you in the right direction....

By timestamp I meant the time that is given to a file's properties upon creation. When you create a file on the server (as Actinic's CGI scripts do when tehy create a .ORD file) a time and date of creation is "stamped" against the file so anyone/any process accessing the file knows when it was created (e.g. Actinic, when it downloads the .ORD order file)
