    That did work when tested. Great. Then something went wrong.

    Didn't need to use the blockif. But you did highlight that the reason it wasn't working was that the components were hidden.
    Just moved the (previously) hidden products into another section, which would also serve as an order form, so they were not hidden any more. Seemed to work fine.

    Don't know what I did to then stop the whole code working.

      Glad its sorted(ish) the block if was only if you did not want the components to be seen online, if you can put them in another section it will save doing the blockif

        Went back to the snapshot and then replicated the error so found the problem...
        for the information of others:

        Works fine for components and choices.

        But do not have other 'add to cart' buttons on the same page.
        If the page is set to 'single add to cart', works fine.
