Using Terminal Services and Actinic v8

Not sure if anyone can help, but having an issue accessing actinic v8 through terminal services. If I login directly to the hosting server (within my LAN) I can open actinic v8 no problem, but try through a client connection and it fails each time. My actinic v6 application is managed in a similar way and it opens every time no problem from terminal services. Anyone got any ideas? Even if I could find some way of tracing what its doing would be a help.

Not sure what the problem might be but from previous experience of needing remote access to apps that don't behave over TS I've used VNC4 which works really well. You can download a free version here:

You'll need to install the app on your server and your desktop, but it only takes a minute and is very simple to setup.
