Adding Right hand sidebar in Executive theme

Morning all,

Well, its such a great sunny day that I thought I would try and do something that I have been putting off for an age... Adding (Or trying) to add a right hand sidebar to my site.

I would like to add a sidebar similar to the ones on the left, white text title with solid lines top and bottom. Its mainly to put a free delivery logo in, and maybe some accepted card type graphics into.

Can anyone help me with the code I need to add, and where. Or even point in the right direction...

Remember, I am very stupid... Go easy....
